For daycare and preschool directors

A fundraiser your families actually want to keep

Families order personalized 3D-printed keepsakes — ornaments with your center’s name, their child’s name, the year. Your center keeps an agreed share of every order. There is nothing to buy upfront and almost nothing for your staff to do.

Run by Cloud Development Group LLC in Gurnee, Illinois. No cost to your center.

How it works

  1. We set your center up

You tell us your fundraiser dates and your share. We build your page, add your logo, and send a printed sign with a QR code for your front desk.

  2. Families order on their phones

They scan the sign or tap the link, personalize a keepsake with their child’s name, and pay securely. A goal bar shows everyone how close you are.

  3. We print, pack and deliver

After your deadline we print everything, pack it by family with a packing list, and bring it to your center. Your share arrives by check.

Why directors say yes

Nothing to pay upfront

No inventory, no minimums, no unsold boxes to send back. Items are made only after they are paid for.

Almost no work for staff

No order forms, no collecting cash, no chasing families. Everything happens online.

Agreed in writing first

Your share, your dates and your products are settled in a written agreement before your page can open.

No bank details, ever

We pay by mailed check and record the number and date. We never ask for your account information.

Card data never touches us

Payments run through Stripe’s own secure checkout. Neither your center nor we ever see a card number.

Made here, not drop-shipped

Every piece is 3D printed to order in Gurnee, Illinois, on our own machine.

What families get

Keepsakes, not trinkets. The wording is raised in a second color — part of the object, not a sticker or a print that rubs off.

Keepsakes for adults and families. Not toys, and not designed or marketed for children twelve and under.

Questions directors ask

How much does our center earn?
An agreed share of the price of every item sold, settled in writing before your page opens and shown plainly on your page next to the prices. There is no cost to take part and nothing to pay upfront.
Does our center have to buy anything upfront?
No. Nothing is printed until it is ordered and paid for, so there is no inventory, no minimum order and no unsold stock to return.
How much work is this for our staff?
Very little. We set up your page and send a printed sign for your front desk. Families order and pay online themselves. Your staff do not handle money, order forms or deliveries.
How do families pay?
Online by card, through Stripe. Payments happen on Stripe’s own secure page, so neither your center nor we ever see a card number.
When and how does our center get paid?
By mailed check after the fundraiser closes and a short refund window passes. We record the check number and the date it was sent. We never ask for your bank details.
How do the orders reach us?
We print everything after the deadline, pack it by family with a packing list, and deliver it to your center in one go. There is no per-family shipping charge.
How long does a fundraiser run?
You choose the deadline. Most centers run two to four weeks. The page closes itself at the deadline so nothing arrives late.
Can the keepsakes have our logo on them?
Yes. We confirm in writing that your center owns or is authorized to use the logo before anything is printed.
Are these safe for young children?
These are keepsakes for adults and families — ornaments, magnets and nameplates — not toys, and they are not designed or marketed for children twelve and under.
Who actually makes them?
A small family business in Gurnee, Illinois. Every piece is 3D printed to order on our own machine, with the wording raised in a second color rather than printed on a sticker.

How this fundraiser works: Keepsake Fundraising is a for-profit company operated by Cloud Development Group LLC. An agreed percentage of the price of each item goes to the participating center, stated in writing beforehand and shown on every center’s own page next to the prices.
